In addition to standard accessories such as mounting brackets, high-temperature adapters, sight glasses, flanges and high-pressure adapters, we also offer structured accessories for the microwave barrier. This accessory can be individually configured according to your wishes and application requirements. The order information can be found in the "Documentation" section.

Standard adapter with PTFE plug for welding, simple maintenance

Advantages:

  • Simple maintenance through fast disassembly of counter flange and easy cleaning or replacement of the plug
  • Devices can easily be replaced during ongoing production
  • Plug material ideally suited for microwaves
  • Counter flange with venting element to prevent condensation
  • No wear on the installed devices
  • Special versions (dimensions and material) are available on request

Properties:

  • Process temperature up to +200 °C (+392 °F)
  • Process pressure up to 80 to 110 kPa (0.8 to 1.1 bar) absolute
  • Length of the adapter (nozzle) up to 300 mm (11.81 in)
  • Materials: Nozzle and counter flange made of stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti) or steel (1.0345, P235GH / 1.0460 P250GH), plug made of PTFE

Universal insertion adapter for existing flange nozzles, suitable for high temperature applications

Advantages:

  • Cost-effective adapter for existing flange nozzles
  • Devices can easily be replaced during ongoing production
  • Suitable for high temperature applications
  • Insertion adapter with venting element to prevent condensation
  • No wear on the installed devices
  • Special versions (dimensions and material) are available on request

Properties:

  • Process temperature up to +450 °C (+842 °F)
  • Process pressure up to 80 to 510 kPa (0.8 to 5.1 bar) absolute
  • Nozzle length up to 300 mm (11.81 in)
  • Materials: Insertion adapter made of stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti), window transmission made of PTFE or aluminium oxide ceramic

Universal screw-in or weld-in adapter for existing process threads or holes in metallic walls, ideal for simple retro-fitting

Advantages:

  • Cost-effectice adapter for existing process threads or simple retro-fitting with weld-in version
  • Special versions (dimensions and material) are available on request

Properties:

  • Adapter without process separation
  • Suitable for holes in metallic walls and existing process threads Rp 2 to Rp 4 (acc. to EN 10226) or 2 NPT to 4 NPT (acc. to ANSI/ASME)
  • The screw-in adapter with R 2 to R 4 can also be used for existing threads with G 2 to G 4 (acc. to ISO 228-1)
  • Materials: Stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti) or steel 1.0345 (P235GH)

Universal spacer tube for the process separation, suitable for high temperature applications

Advantages:

  • Effective separation (like temperature, dust and dirt) of the devices from the process
  • Devices can be replaced during operation (hot-swap)
  • Simple installation that is easily adapted to your individual application
  • Ideally suited for applications with inner lining (e.g. chamotte) or vessels with outer insulation
  • No wear on installed devices
  • Special versions (dimensions and material) are available on request

Properties:

  • Process temperatures up to +450 °C (+842 °F)
  • Process pressure: 80 to 110 kPa (0.8 to 1.1 bar) absolute
  • Process connection: Without or with connection thread (R 2 acc. to EN 10226, 2 NPT acc. to ANSI/ASME or G 2 acc. to ISO 228-1)
  • Length of spacer tube up to 2000 mm (78.74 in)
  • Materials: Spacer tube made of stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti) or steel 1.0345 (P235GH), window transmission (optional) made of aluminium oxide ceramics

  • Process temperature up to +150 °C (+302 °F) for PTFE and +800 °C (+1472 °F) for aluminium oxide ceramics
  • Process pressure 80 to 110 kPa (0.8 to 1.1 bar) absolute
  • Length of the plug (nozzle length) up to 300 mm (11.81 in)
  • Materials: PTFE or aluminium oxide ceramics

Advantages:

  • Individual configuration possibilities of total and leg lengths
  • Cost-effective solution for spatial separation
  • No wear on installed devices
  • Special versions (dimensions and material) are available on request

Properties:

  • Process temperature up to +450 °C (+842 °F)
  • Process pressure 80 to 110 kPa (0.8 to 1.1 bar) absolute
  • Total length of the wave guide: Straight version up to 1500 mm (59.06 in), angulated version up to approx. 3800 mm (149.61 in)
  • Material: Stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti)
